Wanted ice cream Sunday evening. Came to BR and it was packed. Despite closing in 13 minutes, the ladies working were all smiles and were upbeat and cool. I got my 2 scoops of butter pecan and the workers did a solid job and had great attitudes trying to handle the late crowd. I appreciate them a bunch! Thank you
I ordered a Dubai chocolate inspired sundae worth 15$. The description says it is topped with chocolate pistachio sauce and kunafa etc. The order i got delivered was just 3 scoops of ice cream in regular ice cream cup. No toppings nothing. Completely looked opposite to the image shown. Very very worst experience and disappointed.
Janie was tremendous and saved the day. I made a mistake and needed a cake quickly and Janie was happy to oblige top-tier customer service and the cake was delicious.
I have had several cakes made by Janie. Best cake maker in lbk!!!
