Went today and our total was over 35$!!!! For the smallest banana splits I’ve ever purchased!!! No waffle cones, none at all only had one waffle bowl , not to mention the scoops were like my child had served me !!! Will not ever be our ice cream stop again that’s for sure 😏
I've been to this place a handful of times. It was mostly ok, however, the last time I went every worker literally seen me standing at the register waiting for help and they just ignored me. No "Hello" " I'll be there in a moment". After a very long while I called out to the young woman who appeared to be bossing people around and she looked so mean n rudely got a young man to help me. Don't go hear! It's sad to say because BR is my favorite but this location is completely nasty, they never get my order correct and never understand what I'm saying. I went inside once and it was the nastiest place I've ever seen.
Limited on available flavors even some of the flavors displayed were empty
Called this location 3 times. Probably rang 39 times and no answer! I guess answering a business phone is not important here. Finally gave up and drove through the window. Surprisingly they had the flavor I wanted but no waffle cones. I think the same person or persons have the franchise for the 2 remaining BR in Lubbock because they have both have gone to crap.
