German Cockroaches! Took the family tonight for ice cream. We noticed cockroaches running all over the shake mixers. We notified the employee and she just flicked the roaches off then proceeded making our ice cream/shakes. She never cleaned the equipment, changed gloves or washed hands. We just walked out and went to DQ. To see German roaches like that the place has to be infested.
We had a more positive experience here in the summer and were excited to come back. We walked in and there were no employees out front except one that had clocked out. There was chatter from the back so we figured someone would come out soon. They did, looked at us while still talking with whomever was in the back while making eye contact with us several times. After a few minutes of them fussing back and forth and us being ignored, we left. Never again.

I used to love Baskin Robbin’s! It was my childhood favorite. However, the last two times we’ve gone in and couple times we’ve ordered they’ve been out of almost everything we’ve wanted. Tonight they were out of marshmallow topping, pumpkin, root beer, praline, and a couple other things. They don’t close for almost 2 hours! I’d understand if this happened once in awhile but it’s all the time
