Just wanted a cookies and cream cappuccino blast. Was told they were out of cookies and cream ice cream. Say what?!? The energy I peeped between workers told me there was more in the freezer, but she couldnt be bothered to bring any more out. She did offer to make me one out of any of the other flavors they had, but none were appealing. I ended up just getting a plain donut, as there were not even any bavarian creme or lemon-filled available. Quite the underwhelming experience.
Literally told them my order 4 times and it was still incorrect. I was in the drive-thru and didn't check until I got home to see it was wrong
Service is always amazing. Ice cream tastes freezer burnt and flavor of the month is rarely available. Owner of franchise is cheap.
I have ordered Icecream from this store in Doordash and they are out of stock but still the delivery guy has to call me and let me know that the items are out of stock and I had to cancel the order instead of them! And there is no full refund! Why would you even accept the order if you have no items and the customers had to wait till they cancel! Please work on it!
This location is terrible the manager apparently isn’t doing their job everytime I come they are out of ice cream
