Horrible Customer Service: 2 employees would not help (disabled) redeem birthday reward, although APP wouldn’t log me in past getting a verification code. The page kept returning to pog in. I asked for help several times from 3 of them, but it was 2 who nonchalant . I asked for peanuts on my 2 scoop sundae, Instead I got almonds. Not cool at all I could have been allergic and thank god I'm not I just hate them. Can't enjoy my ice cream I paid for not to be dramatic at all all in all this place is amazing its just small things. They are also closed so I can't go back!!
Rude as hell! These little teenagers think they're all bad ass with their ugly little attitudes. Went here last night with 3 kids, ordered 2 royals, 2 shakes, 2 sundaes. The girl helping me wouldn't even respond when I was talking to her, she ignored me completely when I was confirming what order she was making. She looked annoyed the whole time. They also serve very skimpy scoops! Nothing but rotten kids who need a lesson on customer service, don't go here
