Stopped here for someone about 9:39p since the website shows they’re open until 10p, but they were closed. The three employees yelled “we closed” only after I asked if they close early but not before they laughed as if it was funny that the website and both signs on the window say 10pm on Fri. I hope they train their staff better as too many people go postal over what others may think is small.
There customer service seems friendly but really they just want you to hurry up and choose your ice cream. I walked into the store and they greeted me then asked me if I was ready right after...I just walked can I have a minute or 2. Then I was lost on where there menu was and they pointed it out then, asked me if I was ready again. Polite, but they were very IMPATIENT. Do not come here. Terrible customer service. We came at 9pm to get two brownie sundaes and there were two teenagers working. They were playing loud music and had a friend on the side who didn't work there getting free ice cream. They proceeded to make comments about how they don’t like when people come in last minute when there was a whole hour before closing. The girl and guy did not seem like they wanted to help me. After 9, for some reason, the machines are broken all the time. They tell me the same thing.
Rude as hell! These little teenagers think they're all bad ass with their ugly little attitudes. Went here last night with 3 kids, ordered 2 royals, 2 shakes, 2 sundaes. The girl helping me wouldn't even respond when I was tak ling to her, she ignored me completely when I was confirming what order she was making. She looked annoyed the whole time. They also serve very skimpy scoops! Nothing but rotten kids who need a lesson on customer service, don't go here
