Very nice person the lady employee at 1pm
Fidel was fantastic. He was polite and honest. He walked me through my cake order and gave my daughter a beautiful stitch cake for her birthday. Concord refused to even talk to me over the phone for an order.

Me and my son went there he had got the ice cream but he didn’t like the toppings so we asked can we exchange it (mind you I paid for the ice cream already ) the manager said no and that I had to pay for a whole new ice cream!!! Like giving my son one scoop Of ice cream wouldn’t hurt not one bit.. but I most definitely won’t be back at the location!!but the guy that helped us was really nice
The store is FILTHY! They don't wash their hands. They were playing vulgar, rap music. It's a damned shame.😠
