Would NOT recommend this location. PRO: Store was clean and ice cream was good. CONS: Horrible staff; Taronica was rude from the get go, so much so that I decided not to even order anything and let the rest of my party order. Also all of the flavors were mislabeled. For the service and the price, you're MUCH better off going down the street to Braums.
I went to this location for 40 gift cards. Even after buying 40 gift cards, they would have been left with some gift cards. Still they refused to give me with a reason that most of their cards will be sold. I believed those cards are meant for selling. They didn’t had any other valid reason. Very disappointed.
Employees are beyond rude. I refuse to support businesses that don’t value me as a customer. I interrupted their talking and they were annoyed. They don’t have the staples baskin Robbin’s flavors either. One girl laughed at me and said, “we are only half baskin Robbin’s.”
You can't make this review up. The store is inviting visually. But this was the worst experience of any Baskin-Robbins I've been to. When we arrived it took a few minutes for anyone to greet us. And when we ordered a milk shake the young man appearing behind the counter apologized he doesn't know how to make a milk shake. He was nice enough, so I suggested he give it a shot. Poor customer service from your supervisor. No greeting, had to wait several minutes before I was acknowledged, and her first interaction with me was an insult. I recommend avoiding this location.
