This ice cream place in St Louis airport is the worst I have ever had! They have a sign for sundaes etc, but told me I could not get any of the specials. Only scooped ice cream in a cup or on a plain cone were available. The woman working there couldn’t speak English and got angry with me when I could not understand her! I settled for ice cream in a cup. The scoops were tiny and had pieces of ice in it! Worst service and even worse ice cream! Absolutely no standards were observed by the two employees.

Gotta love ice cream, but the people were very slow and not very friendly
Wish I didn’t have to give it 1 star. At 8:40pm, the female employee was scooping for a young man. My daughter I were next in line behind him. She & the girl who worked on the Dunkin side told me they were closed on the Baskin Robbins side. I returned to my gate & was rather frustrated so decided to look up their hours. Hours are from early morning until 9pm. I returned to their shop & asked why I was denied service.
