I am honestly very disappointed with my experience at the Baskin-Robbins in Bernardsville, NJ. I had ordered 2 custom cakes ahead of time for a special occasion and expected them to be ready when I arrived. Instead, I was told the cakes were not there. First, I was told they may have been sent to another location, and then after a long wait found out that the manager was out sick and the cakes were never even made. Wow wow wow they made my banana split delicious and perfect, and it’s cheaper than the other stores of baskin robbins, not the last time in there 🥰
Horrible customer service. My family and I ordered 1 scoops each and the scoop was barely even half the cup. As well my daughter wanted to try a flavor and they were super rude about it. As well the ice cream was extremely soft, pretty much a liquid. They have definitely ruined my week.
Ordered a frozen mocha. It had zero chocolate and very little coffee flavor. It was basically a bland vanilla milkshake.
