The best in town
While grabbing my lunch yesterday from another restaurant, I was gonna buy my drinks at Dunkin. I was greeted in the parking lot by an older Indian man who started to warn me that if I wasn’t buying from Dunkin they (actually he) would have my car towed. I was very turned off by this and decided to just grab my lunch (from the next restaurant) and leave instead of bothering to purchase my drink from Dunkin’. Had a mix up with a custom cake... but they were ready to go above and beyond to fix the issue. Mistakes happen; it's how a company reacts to them that makes the difference. And besides that, the cake we did get was a hit with the recipient and delicious!
