Dirty! 🤮 bathroom was disgusting. The smell alone was so horrid I had to walk out. Toilet was covered in urine and feces, it honestly looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in weeks. Ice cream was frozen with ice crystals all around it. I hardly ever leave a bad review I try to give benefit of the doubt but this is now my 2nd and last time ever at this place. Beware.
I was really disappointed with our visit to Baskin-Robbins tonight. From the moment we walked in, the experience was off. There were two employees working, and they were clearly arguing. One of them was already trying to close early, even though it wasn’t closing time yet. To make matters worse, a lot of the ice cream flavors were missing, which was frustrating. Always a good day when you get a scoop from Baskin-Robbins
My wife, daughter and I stopped here Friday at 8:30, girl said we're only taking card as she was counting her drawer. Got our ice cream and sat down and started eating, 5 minutes later they shut the lights off. This was 8:48. Girl comes out and says we're closed and asked us to leave..Really?? We had to finish our ice cream in our car.... Terrible....
Friendly staff, floors need to be mopped more frequently.
