I went in an hour before close with my mom and she ordered first one scoop in a cup with whipped cream and then I ordered a small milkshake and I was told that the flavor I wasted was too hard to scoop?? These girls have one job and it’s apparently too hard??? So I picked a different flavor and she makes it and leaves some space at the top so I’m thinking she’s going to add whipped cream and that’s okay I wanted that but no she puts the lid and and never asked. Dirty! 🤮 bathroom was disgusting. The smell alone was so horrid I had to walk out. Toilet was covered in urine and feces, it honestly looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in weeks. Ice cream was frozen with ice crystals all around it. I hardly ever leave a bad review I try to give benefit of the doubt but this is now my 2nd and last time ever at this place. Beware.

I was really disappointed with our visit to Baskin-Robbins tonight. From the moment we walked in, the experience was off. There were two employees working, and they were clearly arguing. One of them was already trying to close early, even though it wasn’t closing time yet. To make matters worse, a lot of the ice cream flavors were missing, which was frustrating. The worst part, though, was the lack of basic hygiene. The girl who served our ice cream was playing with her hair, wasn’t wearing gloves, and never washed her hands... read more
