I had a very disappointing experience at Baskin-Robbins. The woman with the brown shirt working that evening provided extremely poor customer service from the moment we walked in. Even though we arrived about 30 minutes before closing, she rushed us to choose our flavors and made an inappropriate comment in English along the lines of “why do people always come at the last minute,” assuming we wouldn’t understand. They really ought to hire more professional staff. There is a woman in a brown shirt—who is in a bad mood—waiting on customers; if she isn't up to the job, she shouldn't be working there. We customers shouldn't have to put up with attitudes like that. (Every employee should also be required to wear a name tag.)

I ordered two different pints of ice cream. The clerk delicately laid a couple of folds into the containers, non-packed, deliberately smoothing over the top to create the illusion that the container was full. Full of air, it was. she went to put the two pretend pints-full of ice cream into a bag when I said , "Wait." And I lifted the container to confirm the thing was full mostly of air. I had to insist she open up the pints and put in more. It amounted to only about half a pint. She then fill it more, two more scoops but st... read more
