Great service but fudge machine is always broken. Why?
We ordered a cake for pickup today, it was already paid for, and the store was closed when the hours on the website list it as open…can’t get in contact with anyone at the store.
I ordered using Uber Eats. I ordered 2 sundaes and one brownie sundae They had none of the flavor of ice cream I wanted except for 2 of the scoops. I had to quickly choose a flavor and then they got that wrong. Those was put in the freezer for later so we didn't know. I ate the brownie sundae. It was done correctly but I had to go searching for the brownie. It was a little sliver of a piece. You would think you pay almost $10 for it. You would get a normal size brownie in your sundae. Just had the worse experience ever. The lady that was working was rude. When you spend money for it to be made wrong, she wouldn’t fix it. I won’t go back when if she is working. I need to get her name.
