Was in there tonight at about 8pm. “We have no milk” the worker said. I said “I’m good” and then she said “we can’t make milk shakes” and then she said they don’t have waffle cones either. Out of items that shouldn’t be out 2 hours before closing. Staff too busy worrying about making tik tok videos in the lobby than actual working.
It was wonderful. The young lady behind the counter was extremely helpful and was very nice
Always out of items, batter machine never work & the customer service is horrible! This is a poor representation of the city of Madison.
They NEVER have what you want. “Sorry we are out of 50 million items listed.” Also, the cone maker machine never works or they say it takes 45 mins to warm up or we don’t have batter. Lastly, the white girl is rude and nasty. She always there with pajamas on.
