Super disappointed with this location. The same item at the Shelbyville Rd location will look significantly different than what you get here. What we got here was sloppy, way less ice cream, and incredibly slow.
What happened to filling the cup up? Not the nicest people either. Not sure how you expect your business to flourish if you're rude to the people that come in.

My mother and I stopped in for a mocha blast and walked out with the most flavorless shake we’ve ever tasted. We have had them at multiple Baskin Robbins and they all turn out the same. This place had no idea how to make them. They were so stingy on the coffee and didn’t put any chocolate and acted like we were crazy when we said they didn’t have any flavor. My mocha blast was almost white and had zero flavor. What a waste of money. Zero stars. Don’t waste your time and money at this location.
