DO NOT. Order ice cream cakes from here. They do not write what is requested even if ordered a week in advance to the pick-up time. I had it set to pick up in the evening for my daughters birthday, and was lead to disappointment when her name wasn’t even on the cake. Employees were very kind and understanding about the situation and offered candles or a sign and I appreciated their compassion, but come on baskin…
I visited on the evening of Sunday, August 3rd. The employees provided great service to me and my family. I’m sorry I didn’t catch their names, but they definitely deserve a raise! We’ll be back soon for another sugar rush.
Very bad service!! 9:25pm and they said No Ice cream. Incredible customer service
Absolutely unbelievable how hot it was inside for an ice cream place. I felt bad for the employees and won’t be returning. I asked one of the workers, and they showed me the temperature—it was over 85 degrees. I had been complaining about the melted donuts. Bad ownership and upper management.
I’ve tried this location 3 times annd they are anlways out of stock and they never answer their phone. Attitudes are poor and we will not be back.
