I’ve tried this location 3 times annd they are anlways out of stock and they never answer their phone. Attitudes are poor and we will not be back.
Terrible customer service not very friendly. Ice cream was OK.
So, I just left Dunkin/ Baskin-Robbins and they're out of most of the flavors including 2 of my favorite flavors of vanilla and reeses peanut butter cups. They might as well shut down. I wanted to give this place zero stars but I gave the 1 star to the customer service because the lady that took care of me was very kind and sweet. I also ended up getting a French vanilla iced coffee and it was just ok, I had better iced coffee. Sorry but I won't be back.
Found a fly in my icecream was not offered a refund or anything.
Good customer service. The young lady at the counter was very friendly. But the booths are horrible. They are torn with big holes.
