The employee who helped us was incompetent at best. We ordered through the drive through and paid at the window. The employee then came back to the window about ten times to clarify each part of our order and still managed to get it wrong. Not only that but he couldn’t even put the scoops of ice cream in the cone we had to do it in the car ourselves. The whole ordeal took over 20 minutes. Whoever the hiring manager is at this store made an awful choice.
Three employees there one doing one line orders others sitting there in hopes I guess I leave. Finally one comes over clearly annoyed to have to take my order . Even more annoyed that I asked if it was buy one get one free. The freezer burn on the ice cream was ridiculous so it limited the ones that I wanted to get. The waffle cones I was interested in only to see that every fly,germ,dust ball could get to I passed on. The ice cream size was ridiculous and I would never buy from there again.
