I can’t even believe the service, or lack thereof, my daughter and I just received at this location. No management on site, only rude incompetent employees.
This place is absolutely disgusting.... First off I wanted to say the lady that served me gave me the waffle cone that was in the display and it tasted like it was literally a week old It disintegrated in my hands I went back in and asked for a refund I don't recommend this place at all I'm just trying to save you the trouble and make sure you check your waffle cone before you drive off because it's probably going to be stale

Very poor customer service went inside for ice cream and the cashier was very rude would not give is the ice-cream cone until we paid for it asking other employees to hold are cones as if we where going to run with it on top of it my waffle cone had a paper inside the cone i almost chewed disgusting place i do not recommend this place at all.
The lady at the window was very nice and friendly but their donuts are awful I had to go back because I ordered Boston cream they were hard definitely not fresh I went back through asked if I could please have some fresh ones if they had them not to be rude I apologize for which I should not had to because the donuts were definitely not fresh or they were way over baked but I guess it's a good thing at Great Wolf Lodge they have a Baskin-Robbins inside of their hotel I so fell in love with these Donuts so I guess it's a good... read more
