Do not even waste your time going to Baskin Robbins anymore it has definitely become horrible. I went to use my birthday coupon and didn't even get to use it because the employee didn't know how to ring it up or how to use the coupon! On top of that I was waiting almost 5 minutes to be helped by anyone in the ice cream section. I am beyond disappointed with my experience here I will never return!
Came in on Sunday November 21st around 5PM and the employee there was a man who did not want to take my order. He wouldn’t let me order from Baskin-Robbins.
