Coffees good but they never have anything available on the baskin robbins menu and then have items on the menu that they say they dont have anymore. ridiculous. no wonder this place a two star. used to be way better
They're so under supplied they can't even put a message on a cake in store.
Empty buckets with ice cream, everything is very disorganized and doesn't look clean
I started coming here to pick up for UberEats... every time I come in here they do not greet customers. They take so long to prepare orders. They do not give updates. They just have you standing there. Thee worst customer service ever.
Store is extremely dirty. Staff took forever to take our order then didnt even know what flavors they sold. Awful experience.
