I purchased a Oreo ice cream cake for my Twins 9th birthday. It was a beautiful cake but it tasted horrible. The cake tasted old and stale, the kids ate the ice cream but complained that the cake wasn’t good. I called the next day to speak with the manager and I was told that I was the first person to have a problem with their cake and refused a refund and offered me a $10 credit for a $60 cake. The manager was RUDE, defensive and not empathetic at all. Ilia is the name I was given.
The worker there was so rude and mean. 5/27/24. I go all the way to Metairie because I refuse to accept that kind of service
