I never had a problem with this store & I visit quite frequently. There is always one worker there that is very respectful and shows professionalism at its finest— I need to get her name to give recognition because the two workers I stumbled across on from tonight’s shift was absolutely terrible. I have it 1 star because 0 wasn’t an option. The service was absolutely terrible and they were supposedly “out” of about half their flavors. Wouldn’t recommend wasting your time.
I asked for a cookies n cream milkshake. It was 3 young ladies I spoke to. My milkshake came out watery and tasted like spoiled milk. I had to throw it out.
Terrible customer service. Went in and ice cream was melting in the freezer. That doesn’t seem food safe. Store is always dirty and the employees have the nastiest attitudes. Go anywhere else and you will have a much better experience
Honestly the worst Baskin Robbin’s in the city. Employees are rude and the manager does not care. No one in here smiles, the store is dirty. Cakes are sloppily decorated and they still have Halloween cakes for sale weeks after Halloween is over. These definitely are not fresh. Go anywhere but here and you will have an immensely better experience.
