Don’t go here! Arrived for what should’ve been a quick pickup. I was completely ignored by 2 team members that were too busy talking to eachother rather than helping out. It’s a shame bc I’ve spent a. Lot of money here over the years. Bye.
Alondra was awesome, bummer that she had to deal with an unreasonable and difficult customer who tried to belittle her and bully her. She handled herself with poise and maturity. She is a wonderful employee and deserves kudos.

Baskin-Robbins Mud Pie has been a favorite at our house for years. But NOT TODAY! I ordered one for a special birthday. There was 1" of ice cream and 2" of Fudge topping, which made it difficult to eat. And, the crust was so hard you could barely cut it. Considering the $35 cost, it was a major disappointment/disaster. And a big disappointment for a Birthday! I understand price increases BUT this was something that was hard to eat/swallow! Soo SAD and MAD.
