I ordered an ice cream cake for my son’s birthday and unfortunately the first cake we received looked nothing like the picture and the writing on it was illegible. The manager Devin offered to replace it with a premade cake in store however, my son is autistic and particular about/has safe foods and all the flavors didn’t match our original cake. Me and my family went 2 weeks ago and they don't have the containers for banana split today December 15th 2024 again they don't have the clear ones for the banana split so sad and really disappointed 😞
