Some Indian man keeps hanging up on my family when we call to ask for a manager, because cones that are ordered and paid for are never in the bag. He states he's the manager and once you ask his name he hangs up and blocks you on the phone. I will be up there first thing in the morning to get my money back and to contact corporate. This is a terrible location. Horrible customer service and I will never order from you guys again
Really bad customer service, every time i come here staff makes you feel like you are bothering them. You cant even tell them you have a coupon because they make a bothered face.
My son and I decided to get an ice cream after his baseball game today around 755pm the lady (pretty sure her name is javaid as that is the name on my receipt) may have been overwhelmed with the line of people but her customer service was extremely rude. My son sampled MAYBE 2 ice creams and I sampled only 1. I asked for the banana ice cream AKA monkey business and she gave me VANILLA after I told her again I wanted monkey business. Always delicious, to me the best ice cream
Mike with the glasses & he’s an older man. I’m guessing he’s the Owner was very rude the moment we walked in. I had two rewards to redeem and he said no he’s only doing one. Yet I tried to place it for pick up and was able to redeem both. I’m not sure why he even had an attitude at such a happy place. Definitely need new owners.
