We stopped in to Basin Robbins Saturday night and they got very busy. The three young ladies working all stayed very calm and friendly during the rush. The ice cream was amazing as expected. There’s a flavor for everyone. The polar pizzas look amazing, we may have to get one of those in the near future!
If I could leave 0 stars after my experience I would. We ordered a cake for my son's birthday party over a month ago for a party today. It was a football cake and supposed to be Steelers colors minus the red jerseys on the toys because the toys only come in red. First of all, they called my husband two days ago and said, "oh, I'm sorry. We made the cake wrong. Do you still want it at a discount or for us to redo it?" (We had them redo it). Baskin Robbins is actually my favorite ice cream, I could sample all the flavors all day long and not get bored. I ordered a delicious grasshopper pie for a birthday and they were great with me changing the pick up time on them. When I went to pick up it was a quick easy process and the girl helping me was super sweet and knowledgeable. Thanks BR❤️
As soon as we walked in, im assuming, the manager was sitting at a table and very aggressively asked a worker if he had organized the freezer “like I asked you to” while he was taking the recycling out. The girls at the counter were so sweet and patient with everyone and as soon as the manager walked behind the counter the girls looked very uncomfortable.
