Very slow employee
Disappointing Experience - Terrible Customer Service & Wrong Cake! I am beyond frustrated with my recent experience. I ordered a Dodger's cake for my son's birthday and an Arizona cake was given. Their website showed a Dodger's cake image when ordered, but instead a default team was given. Not only was it the wrong image, but the texture of the cake was unacceptable there where bubbles surfacing on the image. I tried to get help from the employees at the store, but both the employee and the manager refused to help and advise... read more
Bad experience, employee and manager who refused to give their name should offer better customer service. Beware with cakes that you order online, you shouldn't pay until you receive your cake, otherwise you will be stuck with whatever the give you even if it is not what you ordered!
