I’m giving this location 1 star after my last visit because scoops were noticeably smaller than usual and not worth the price. Instead of standard scoops, I received kid scoops. I still have the untouched ice cream in my freezer because of how disappointing it was. When I called the next day, the manager acknowledged that the girl who did my scoops was new, but remained defensive, stating that she trains all of her employees to give the correct scoop portions, then told me to email the owner.
