This is this worst baskin robbins. Multiple times they are out of orders and expect you to just make a substitution. They have flavors online but dont update the page to reflect that they dont have those flavors in store. So then they trick you. They know they dont have to cancel the order, so they leave it on you. Customer service wont allow you to cancel an active order you will be still be charged and the store knows this. Bad customer service. I get that the drive thru is busy but greet the customers that walk into the store so they know you saw them. It takes a second to say" hi, we'll be with you shortly". I went in because the drive thru is always slow and was the only one in there at first, still took a while and they didn't even acknowledge I was there. I will say the guy at night is so nice though. RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND STAFF HAD A NASTY ATTITUDE
Apparently they’re all out of everything related to ice cream. Also, if you’re going to huff and puff because a father is asking his son what he wants, makes sure your mics are turned off.
