Got an ice cream cake and the cake was bad. The “bread” was an off color. There was a thick layer of ICE and rock hard not ice cream hard like ICE ROCK HARD.
Clearly this place of establishment has gone downhill over the years. I use to go to this Dunkin’ Donuts all time because I stay around the corner. I decided to go today and it was the Worst customer service ever!!!! Besides the one guy waiting for his mobile order, I was the only person in line. Worst place. they cant answer their phone. Manager was suppose to give me a call over a week ago. still hasnt. Placed an order on their app they did not have anything I ordered. No problem, refund the order. apparently thats too hard and they cant answer their phone or call back so a manager can do it. manager is never there. call dunkin/baskin customer service and the owner was suppose to call me 2 weeks ago. didnt get a call. call them again and "they will try again" $35 on items I didnt get and they cant refund
