Worst experience at a Baskin Robbin’s. No hot fudge or actual strawberries, just sauce. Front register did not accept Apple Pay or the Dunkin app. Phone had to be handed over and taken to the back for payment. After making my ice cream, the worker took another person’s order before taking my payment. My ice cream had been one quite melted after the slowness of all of this, plus I had to request a spoon. No one answers the phone . Been calling for over 10 hours. Clearly either this place lied or my Uber eats driver lied. But either way I never got my order or refund. Disappointing that no one can pick up a phone though.
I have tried to order from this Baskin Robbins two days in a row. Once my order was cancelled and the other I was charged $30 for an order I didn’t receive. Never again! This location sucks!
