Gave me the wrong order
They close at 10pm and refused to take my order at 9:50pm. What is the point of having a set hours of service and refusing to serve during those hours? Drove out of my way to come to this dunkin, such a disappointment.
VERY disappointed. Stopped in about 7:15 pm on 6/9/22. OPEN sign turned on. Hours posted till 11 pm - store doors locked. Two workers Inside. Ignored us. Went through the drive, young lady asked for our order: 1 qt of jamoca almond fudge and 1 qt of pistachio ”sorry we don’t have any”. Wth!! So upsetting that these 2 just didn’t want customers. We went to another store and bought our quarts plus more. Manager/owner, I hope you are aware.
