I waited 20 minutes in an empty store before the employees acknowledged me. They were rude, didn’t know which ice cream was which & overcharged me. They appeared to be new/confused but they were 35+ yr old adults & acted very annoyed when they finally did take my order and didn’t apologize for the wait. It was an astoundingly bad customer service experience. This place has never been great but this was shockingly bad.
It's my favorite place to go for a treat. I, like anyone else from time to time.
