I was having a rough Saturday so I decided to treat myself to some coffee. I placed a mobile order and went through drive thru. When I got to the window, the staff asked if I wanted a free ice cream. Of course I said HELL YEAH. They were so sweet. It really made my day! Ty ty ty.
I had the worst experience today- I had ordered a birthday cake ordered for my son's birthday and instead of coming to receive a birthday cake it said "class of 2026" which was absolutely ridiculous. I dont understand how you could make a mistake like that. Instead of figuring our how to fix the situation the person stood there confused and seemed so nonchalant. The manager is awful and need to be fired!!!The establishment is a scam ,no where in the world is a quarter of sheet cake equivalent to a full sheet cake!I Ordered a Full sheet cake and Was told there full sheet cake is equivalent to a quarter at grocery stores. Then invited me to a fight in a parking lot after I told her that this was ridiculou!She was extremely hostile!!!! I’d never returned to this trap spot!

Very disappointing experience at the Baskin Robbins near Marketplace in Buford, GA. Last night at 8:15 PM, my family and I stopped by to order milkshakes, and the employee told us the machine was already cleaned and they could not make any. The store was still open, so this makes no sense. If you are open, you should be serving the full menu.
