Very disappointing experience at the Baskin Robbins near Marketplace in Buford, GA. Last night at 8:15 PM, my family and I stopped by to order milkshakes, and the employee told us the machine was already cleaned and they could not make any. The store was still open, so this makes no sense. If you are open, you should be serving the full menu. I waited 20 minutes in an empty store before the employees acknowledged me. They were rude, didn’t know which ice cream was which & overcharged me. They appeared to be new/confused but they were 35+ yr old adults & acted very annoyed when they finally did take my order and didn’t apologize for the wait. It was an astoundingly bad customer service experience. This place has never been great but this was shockingly bad.
It's my favorite place to go for a treat. I, like anyone else from time to time.
