This is the second time I have showed up at 8pm and the doors are locked lol. Workers are inside but I guess they didn’t want to stay late to clean to decided to close even though it’s open until 9pm. Not sure how that’s allowed but maybe update your hours !!!
Alternative ice cream option when visiting Van Saun park.
Sarvaya served me the ice cream. WTH is this she scooped in from the corner looks like a full scoop but it’s empty from inside. Don’t be cheap as with your service you’re charging customers better serve them right.
There was only one worker who I assumed to be a customer when I first walked in. He was on a phone call while eating a breakfast sandwich, sitting in the lobby area. Never would have thought that he was an employee let alone a manager. He walked behind the counter and was still talking on the phone. He saw me but did not service me. Even after expressing my concerns, he was not in a hurry to hang up the phone. Would give zero stars if I could.
Baskin robins wasn’t even open smhh they are renovating apparently, and place seemed very dirty
