Sarvaya served me the ice cream. WTH is this she scooped in from the corner looks like a full scoop but it’s empty from inside. Don’t be cheap as with your service you’re charging customers better serve them right.
There was only one worker who I assumed to be a customer when I first walked in. He was on a phone call while eating a breakfast sandwich, sitting in the lobby area. Never would have thought that he was an employee let alone a manager. He walked behind the counter and was still talking on the phone. He saw me but did not service me. Even after expressing my concerns, he was not in a hurry to hang up the phone. Would give zero stars if I could.
Baskin robins wasn’t even open smhh they are renovating apparently, and place seemed very dirty
I dont know why the reviews for this place are so bad. The young man at the counter today had excellent customer service/communication skills and was very attentive to detail. Made a perfect Cappuccino Blast.
