When you request for a waffle cone bowl the last thing I would expect is for the employee to grab the stale disgusting display bowl that has probably been sitting there for weeks to serve it in. My buddy also got a milkshake which was 90% and 10% ice cream. Do not recommend.
Came it the place was empty ordered icream . While we were ordering 7 people walked in and we were made to stand at the end of the line to pay. After waiting almost 25 minutes online the guy in front of us who didnt even order yet had to leave. Then the person who was ordering coffee i have ordered myself many times said he couldnt make the coffee becuse it "couldn't be done" ......we waited another 5 minutes to pay . If I could give less stars I would. Our son has allergies so we asked for a clean unused scoop to avoid issues. The guy behind the counter grabbed a scoop and told us this one is used. Nope I'm not risking it.
Came in 20 mins before close to ask for a scoop of ice cream just to tell me “the ice cream is closed” since when can one product not be served, lazy service
