Went to get 2 scoops of ice cream. More like 1/2 a scoop for almost $8.00. Won’t be back!
Sunny was awesome! She was super personable, funny, and had GREAT customer service. She was running the TOGO's side and the Baskin Robbins side and training at the same time. (She may have needed more help since it was busy but she did amazing). She made our sandwich awesome and she is someone they needed at this location. We just had delicious sandwiches from Togos and also ordered a Banana Royale. We did not get almonds or hot fudge in our Banana Royale. Someone fudged up.
We ordered bananas splits, the server never indicated they had none of the ingredients and the only sauces offered were chocolate fudge, marshmallow and caramel. I said well we wanted a traditional banana split. The order was prepared so slow that the ice cream, and the whipped cream topping was melted when it was served. We asked to speak to the manager, her reply was pretty much so sad too bad.
Issues with printer for birthday cake and had to be made at a different location. Received a call the morning of that the cake would be ready at the original location (cameron park) at 1:30. Ended up being 30 minutes late and no birthday message when I requested it on the website. Manager was short and offered no apology.
