Slow and poor service. So unorganized.
Should have read the reviews before coming. Out of waffle cones, one regular sugar cone left and they were stale.
The worst service ever. And a employee rolled her eyes at us. Very rude and walked off
They don’t have all 32 flavors like advertised. They only keep about 16 flavors up front. Nothing plain either. No plain chocolate for chocolate shakes nothing along those lines for basic shakes…..
All I can said is DO NOT ORDER ONLINE‼️‼️most of what they advertise online they don’t have available for pickup . Ordered Dubai chocolate sundae but once we got there to pick up it was discontinued, they had no substitute since they ran out of all fruits , so no bananas, strawberries, etc. I ended up ordering whatever they had available., they did put some cherries 🍒 which was my last options… only reason I’m giving a 2star bc the staff was kind of nice with the customer service trying to accommodate.
