Terrible service—one of the worst experiences I’ve had at a Dunkin' Donuts. We walked in to buy some donuts, and a young woman behind the counter was busy sweeping the floor. After standing there for 5–10 minutes with no acknowledgment, I asked if anyone was working the register. She snapped, 'Can’t you see I’m sweeping?'
