Not good staff
can never go wrong
I went here yesterday, Friday night on July 31, 2026 at around 8:45 PM. This place isn’t safe at night. There are homeless people outside the store. I was gonna get some ice cream, but a homeless guy came in and he smelled so bad that I wanted to just throw up in my mouth. He started asking one of the girls for samples and then she gave him samples. And then he started to come next to me so I left the store and I lost my appetite to get ice cream. Staff was slow and oblivious, couldn't keep track of 3 customers who's next. Help eventually came but it's just 3 customers.
Absolutely horrible experience ordered a fancy Waffle cone with one scoop of ice cream was still in line hadn't taken, but 1 bite told the customer service rep that it tasted dusty asked how often they rotate them period she explained when they run out period Asked for a new one and was told I had to pay for the 1I didn't like even though I hadn't eaten it yet on top of the new 1 we left, I would definitely not recommend this place.
