Came at 9:30’, open sign was off , door was locked but hours say til 10 .
Came in tonight 11/29 at 8pm ish and ordered. My wife had a banana royale and the banana was rotten dark and mushy. She told the cashier and he said that he would have to charge us for another banana if we wanted it switched out (remade) as he hasn’t had this happen before. The cashier actually told my wife that she can pick the bananas out if she wanted to. So my wife said here is you’re ice cream back and take it off the bill.
