Update 4/1/26 This is my first time visiting since the new redo of this Baskin-Robbins. One thing to note is there was only one co-worker on staff. It was the 31st and it happened to be a Tuesday. This seems like a disaster waiting to happen which had kind of turned into. In my time there there was a total of a dozen people she was by herself. I just got a ice cream here. If corporate can see. Lady gave me a .9 oz ice cream instead of a 1lb and 8oz. Crazy
Staff was fine. Like how you can get as many samples as you want until you knkw what to order. Gives birthday freebies too
Very nice girl helped me and my boyfriend out! Wish they had more staff, the girl was doing everything by herself. Another coworker would have helped her out with the long line.
I came for a late night craving of a milkshake and the service was pleasant. Staff were attentive and store was very clean. I ordered a large milkshake and when I was given my drink it was not filled the way it should be lady said she used the small scoops and made attempts to explain her mistake. I was very upset because I could of ordered a medium and had about the same quantity for cheaper!
