I came in just to pick up my order, the woman behind the counter was doing something with a bucket of ice cream with no cloves on & the ice cream was all over her hands. She completely ignored me at first & had me waiting.. Told me “I’m almost done” as I was standing there mind you I called 15 minutes prior to let her know I was on the way! Update 6/14/26 I visited chair for their final grand reopening which was a lot of fun. They had a mascot, ice cream cone as well as a DJ and extremely discounted scoops. This is the type of events that I like to see and I do hope that they do this more regularly and not just a one-time occasion. I can almost guarantee that even though they only sold their scoops for $1.62 or something like that, they probably sold 10,000 scoops, which means that their profit for that day alone in that time segment was already $10,000 to me. ... read more
