I haven’t been to this location in years and I’d agree that it feels gloomy when you walk in. Was not greeted, it did feel rushed when picking out a flavor, got a kids cup with no candy as they didn’t have any, got a hat though and that fell on the floor, picked up and the hat was filthy sad to say. Not very much options on waffle cones or waffle bowls, and they felt/tasted like leftovers. Omg and no gloves..are they supposed to wear gloves?! Anyways, I don’t think I’ll go back again. Sorry!
Environment here was very gloomy, not usual upbeat feel you expect from an ice cream place. Attendee was rushful after a minute of choosing one ice cream for a large family and there was maybe one other customer in line that walked in. For the price you could've got a better experience and scoop of icecream somewhere else.
I asked for three two scoops of the same flavors and whoever helped me got that most basic thing wrong even though I told her three times
Probably the worst Baskin robins I’ve ever been to. I went in on a Saturday night there were two employees working and 3 people in front of us. The service was extremely slow. We were probably in there waiting for a good 20 minutes before they even took our order. The employee that helped us was very unenthusiastic about her job it was obvious not sure if she was having a bad day but when it was time for us to order she just starred at us not even a greeting a smile nothing.
