This review is for the Goshen Ave location. I placed an order online for a bday cake for my friend on July 13 saying I needed it by noon on July 23. My friend went in to pick up her bday cake at 1pm on the 23rd and they hadn’t even seen the order yet. Undependable staff, won’t use this location again.
Honestly so disgusting how the worker I believe is the manager, doesn’t wear a beard cover. I found his hair in my ice cream the other day. If I could give this place 0/0 stars I WOULD.
This location was just dirty inside. Maybe a remodel would clean it up. It has been awhile since we went in there, but it was not this bad the last time. The girl helping us seemed annoyed that we were even there. Multiple ice creams weren't labeled. We wouldn't have to ask which ice cream it was if it had the labels on the glass. There were multiple empty spots in the freezer. Maybe they were out or maybe they didn't want to put a new one in. We were in there about 2 hours before they close.
