I come in here every week, and the door has been broken on one side for a LONG time. I went in to get some ice cream and the girl that is there most Wednesday nights was once again VERY rude and short. She told me about a bunch of ice creams I couldn’t get because they were too frozen. My wife saw a worker scooping up the frozen ice cream for someone else, and told me that he was digging up the ice cream. We went to this location on Walnut and was extremely disappointed at paying $15 for scoops of soupy ice cream. Two cases with the sign "hard to scoop". Crazy.
We went to get a scoop of ice cream tonight only to be greatly disappointed! The girl behind the counter had a horrible attitude and when we went to order our ice cream she informed us we couldn’t get any flavors in two of the cases because they were too hard to scoop! Then when we looked at the other flavors to pick something different half of the flavors were melted! We asked why and she said because it’s the leftover ice cream from the old tubs.
