Literally done going here, every time I’ve went here I’ve either ordered online or walked in, they never have the one flavor I like which is the just plain jamocha. Not jamocha almond fudge. Literally never not even in the to go pints. If you don’t have it don’t put it on the damn menu. So I go to order today, the jamocha and what my wife wanted. Ordered ice cream yesterday, and the person was having a difficult time scooping and working the register. Dropped a medium ice cream container into one of the ice creams. I figured maybe it was their first day and stopped by today after work to see if service was better . Different person served cream today but also had a difficult time scooping ice cream. Our 1st and last time there. Took my granddaughter for her birthday , only 2 ladies working and they would only service the drive thru. Kept telling us it would be awhile and made no effort to take our order. Said we could go through the drive thru if we wanted. Totally unacceptable! Certainly not how I remember Baskin Robbin’s 🥲
Manager and employee were very friendly and helpful. Ice cream was delicious. We will be back 😀
