Ordered a custom ice cream cake it was delicious it looked a little different than the picture but it was still so cute and tasted amazing!
Said they are out of ice cream 40 minutes before closing. First time I head an ice cream place run out of ice cream. Ok
Don’t order through a delivery app. You won’t get your correct order. I got two layered sundaes and it was just ice cream in a cup for 7 dollars.
Used mobile app to order several items, ended up adding a shake to the second order. Got to the restaraunt 20 minutes later and they told me they didn't have 90% of the order (i think they had around 1 or 2 of the 10 different flavors on the order) When I asked for a refund, I was told to contact their support team, and it would be 3-5 days.
