Awful experience, absolutely no customer service whatsoever. Multicolor(red and black) haired woman never helped us at the counter and didn’t even acknowledge us after waiting for 15 minutes for ice cream. Our whole family left and we will never be back. They didn’t even have 31 flavors only a mere 24. Maybe that big girl at the counter ate the other 7 flavors idk

Ordered a custom ice cream cake it was delicious it looked a little different than the picture but it was still so cute and tasted amazing!
Said they are out of ice cream 40 minutes before closing. First time I head an ice cream place run out of ice cream. Ok
