We went here yesterday afternoon, The lady who served us was very nice. She was by herself and was taking care of drive thru customer and in-store customer. This store is combination of dunkin donuts and baskin robbins so you can also try some dunkin donuts menus as well. The store was clean and bathroom was clean also. Thank you for the good experience
Awful experience, absolutely no customer service whatsoever. Multicolor(red and black) haired woman never helped us at the counter and didn’t even acknowledge us after waiting for 15 minutes for ice cream. Our whole family left and we will never be back. They didn’t even have 31 flavors only a mere 24. Maybe that big girl at the counter ate the other 7 flavors idk
