This place needs help! Higher ups allowing this place to just tank in customer service and now selling outdated products is just ridiculous. I can deal with rude people, but the fact that they would sell spoiled items is beyond me.

Terrible experience again. No vanilla?!? WTH?? We’ve givin this place three chances in a year and we never get what we ordered. Expensive and not stocked. Is this is how baskin Robbin’s is gonna do Navarre? just close, quit, give up. These poor employees have to have a lot of humility to tell every customer they can’t have what they want but still get to pay full price. They should leave this job and find a better one where the owners actually care about their business. We are done and will be contacting corporate this time.
