Worst experience ever I go there for a tea and they told me that I couldn’t prepare the way that I wanted to do it because they didn’t have the time to do it that we’re busy according to them, knowing that it was only me as a customer and everybody else was sitting down.
First time I saw it outside tables. It's mean this place is nice and safe
Bad customer service
Ordered through Uber. When it arrived half my order was missing. Uber driver should have checked but when I called the store, they did not answer. Phone does not work. Screwed out of my order and no one to contact because BR customer service will not help since it was ordered through Uber. Staff should fulfill orders correctly. BTW customer service is in the Dominican Republic and even when you call the number for headquarters in Canton Mass. you still get someone in the DR. No accountability.
Nice and clean store and highly recommended for you. Everything is fresh always.
