Worst Ice Cream place ever, if I could give no stars I would, they never have any Ice Cream and their excuse every time is that their Manager forgot to order Ice Cream and whenever they do have some Ice Cream it tastes old and crusty. This time they have no Ice Cream and no Ice Cream Cones or Sprinkles. Pretty pitiful.
I am so disappointed and appalled at the sad Father's Day cake I received on Saturday. I cannot believe that the toolbox was broken, the tools on the cake were broken in half and the writing was not even centered on the cake. They called me and asked to use red icing on Saturday morning because they were out of blue. They never have anything. Hoya is for a basic flavor. They never have anything in stock. Drive thru Line always take 20mins plus.
First off, not very friendly. Second, they do not know their product. I called to see if they had world class chocolate (been around for decades) they didn't know what it was. They answer the phone only half the time. Not impressed. They work with the public so please be polite.
Every time I try to order no sugar added caramel turtle truffle or no sugar added pineapple coconut. They don't have it. I stopped by the store and was informed they have never had a no sugar added ice cream yet it remains an option on the door dash menu.
