We visited Baskin Robbins today (11th May) and although the closing time is listed as 10 PM, we were asked to leave at 9:40 PM because the staff member wanted to clean. Not only was this early, but the way he spoke to us was also quite rude and unprofessional. It really affected our experience. I hope the management addresses this so future customers aren’t rushed out or treated this way.

Ordered a med cup (two scoops) of Cherries Jubilee ice cream, very nice and I did enjoy the large chucks of cherries.

I had a very disappointing experience at this Baskin Robbins location. As a first-time customer, I tried to redeem the free scoop offer, but the staff refused, claiming they don’t honor it if it’s the first scoop purchased. Nowhere in the promotion was this restriction mentioned. To make matters worse, I was unfairly accused of trying to take advantage of free scoops, with staff implying that frequent visitors misuse the offer. I visited this store and was extremely disappointed by the attitude of the employees. Customers should always be treated with respect, but that was not the case here. I was denied the use of my app rewards, which felt completely unfair. I have always enjoyed Baskin Robbins ice cream and frequently visit this location, but it seems that because I come often, they saw allowing me to use my rewards as a loss for them. is that fair?
