"I have visited this Baskin Robbins location many times since it’s close to my house. However, I’ve consistently had bad experiences with the staff, particularly the person working during the evening shift. He is always rude and dismissive toward customers. Anytime I ask him something, he avoids answering or helping, which makes the whole experience uncomfortable and awkward. This has happened multiple times, and it’s very disappointing. Requested the employees to put on gloves before handling me Ice Cream but he told they are not required to do so and won’t do it.
This is the WORST Baskin Robbins because of their service/ownership. In past years they messed up my order, but today was my final straw. I called to order a cake (with a unique flavor that is not provided on their website - pistachio almond). First time I called, they made me call back another day because they were too busy. The second time they said, we don’t customize cakes and only support what’s online. My family has been ordering this same cake every year for about 45 years.
