I had decided that I wanted to get some ice cream and chose this location. I walked in and the lady at the counter came over and looked at me with a mean look on her face. Horrible ! I ordered a cake for my daughter’s birthday online 10 days prior to the party , I tried calling throughout that time to update my order … they have no phone that works . Picked up the cake the day of the party and it was so freezer burnt we couldn’t even eat it . It’s like they made the cake the day I ordered it and left it in the freezer for the remaining 10 days until I picked it up ! This was by far the worst place I've visited. Please, don't think the 1 star reviews are a fake. My grandmother wanted a chocolate malt with vanilla ice cream. Which is something we get all of the time. We get to the counter the heavy set white guy says, "we don't have malts." She then decides to get the same thing but in a shake. The same guy tells her the chocolate syrup is only used as a drizzle. Worst experience possible. Ordered a cake for my sons birthday online. When time came I went there to pick it up, nobody knew of the cake.
