Very CLEAN, and very Friendly great service
The cake I ordered was smashed up and nothing like the picture. Asked for a chocolate cake, but they instead put vanilla cake. Order for a different location.
Ordered a custom ice cream cake a few days before my birthday. The day before, I get a voicemail that the printing machine wasn't working and mentioning a refund. I return the call and no one answers (called multiple times). Turns out they had a cake ready, but I had no idea as nobody contacted me about pick up. I go pick up the cake days later to only find out it wasn't what I had ordered. FYI I ordered vanilla cake not confetti cake (allergic to sprinkles). Super disappointing and a waste of money.
Run out of ice cream and don't have extra
I had decided that I wanted to get some ice cream and chose this location. I walked in and the lady at the counter came over and looked at me with a mean look on her face. I told her I wanted a 3 scoop cup with coffee, cherry, and choco chip (I don’t remember the exact names) She then preceded to get my ice cream, I didn’t watch her scoop it.
