Kids took 30 minutes for a small shake and filled half way
14-Year-Olds managing 12-year-olds... And the problem is it's not their fault! Nobody there to give anybody direction. It's somewhat chaotic and yet I'm chewing on an old waffle cone that has the smallest dip of ice cream I've ever had in my life. One more time, The kids that are running this store aren't at fault. It's the owner!!+ Let's hope you're having a good sleep on this Wednesday night....
This place sucks, the ice cream was bland and had almost no flavor, they used old stale waffle cones and ran out before we all even got to have an ice cream cone, the cone was disgusting and very stale! Do not recommend!
I got here and both of the employees who couldn’t be older then 12 were on their phones. And refused to make me a milkshake because it was past 9. And lied to me and said that baskin robis does not serve milkshakes after 9. What kind of Tom foolery is this place. Don’t go here.
Came in to get a cake for my friends birthday on Saturday the 5th, when I asked the guy at the counter if he could write on the cake he told me no he wasn’t allowed. I’m confused because I’ve been to this location before and got my cake with writing on it, when I asked why he couldn’t write a simple “happy birthday” on the cake, he said that I wouldn’t want him writing on the cake because it wouldn’t look good.
