I went to this store today, 3/26/2025 @ 9:00 pm there were two employees, the guy was taking care of the drive thru orders and the young lady that see us when we entered the store didn’t even has the decency of saying at least, I’ll be right with you,” it was like we weren’t there. I told my husband to go to the drive thru because they never said anything to us, I felt invisible, 🫥 not welcome, by the way, the store was empty. Basking Robbin’s train your employees to be polite.

A Lovely Experience at Baskin-Robbins/Dunkin’ (If You Like Stale Cones and Indecisive Ice Cream) Well, well, well. I stopped by this fine establishment because, gosh darn it, I deserve a little treat on my solo spring break. And let me tell you, it was certainly an experience. Siempre vamos a esta tienda. Hoy 8 de noviembre a las 10:45 llegamos y ya la tienda estaba cerrada, cuando decía 11pm. Nos fuimos por el servi- carro, pedimos y se tadaron en completar la orden por el servi-carro 15 minutos y al parecer al empleado que estaba le molesto que nuestro inglés no era perfecto y por eso tardo tanto en atendernos. Luego al cobrarnos cogio la tarjeta de mala manera y ni gracias nos dio. No volvemos y no recomendamos esta tienda. So, today I wanted a Reese cup sundae as indicated online on their menu. I got a Reese cup ice cream with whipped cream, nuts, and a cherry. That's not what's advertised online (see picture below). So, I took it back. Prior to taking it back, I was informed that the picture online is actually called a Reese cup layered sundae.
