What a WONDERFUL experience I had picking up daughter’s Baskin Robbin’s birthday cake at Dunkin on Simpson Rd!! The young man who greeted me was so professional, smiling, and helpful. I went to this store today, 3/26/2025 @ 9:00 pm there were two employees, the guy was taking care of the drive thru orders and the young lady that see us when we entered the store didn’t even has the decency of saying at least, I’ll be right with you,” it was like we weren’t there. I told my husband to go to the drive thru because they never said anything to us, I felt invisible, 🫥 not welcome, by the way, the store was empty. Basking Robbin’s train your employees to be polite.
A Lovely Experience at Baskin-Robbins/Dunkin’ (If You Like Stale Cones and Indecisive Ice Cream) Well, well, well.
