I ordered 2 banana splits from Uber Eats. I specifically ordered from Baskin Robbins because they had banana splits with some specific toppings. They waited until the driver arrived then notified the driver they didn't have bananas and 2 of the toppings I asked for. They close the door in our face at 8:55pm on Sunday June 8. The employee see my kid and ignore him totally. He was very un professional. Because we wait in the door then he came back to us and told us the we can go to the drive tru. Really bad service
The ice cream was old, the strawberry syrup was fermented, sadly a poor variety of ice cream flavors.
Disappointed is a huge understatement. I have been here twice in the past week and neither one was worth my money; I will not be back don’t worry! The first time, I ordered a chocolate milkshake and to my surprise you claimed to not have chocolate.
